Developed an integrated label printing solution for Shopify’s cloud-based POS and e-commerce system. This solution provides a web interface between Shopify’s API and Dymo printer API. This app allows users to print custom product labels with barcodes directly from within Shopify. This is a subscription-based service offered to clients of Shopify which can be sourced via the Shopify App Store.

Provided a diverse set of IT services to a wellness destination resort in Colorado Springs. Serving a full service club and resort as well as medical facilities and a health care company that offers remote health screening services. Developed applications for data integrations as well as an application for printing identification cards for club members.

Tier three technical support engineer offering developer support for Microsoft’s Azure cloud computing platform of products. Providing vendor level support to Azure customers and well as internal Microsoft employees. Responsibilities include troubleshooting complex technical cases, collecting data using proprietary tools and query languages, working with Microsoft product teams and technical advisors to investigate software bugs, providing solutions and assisting customers with implementing fixes.

Provided a full array of information technology services to a full-service Hilton conference center and golf course in Englewood Colorado. On site and remote technical support to all staff, guest, and event coordinators. Tackling complex technical issues in a timely manner with minimal to zero downtime. Completed projects related to the transition to a Hilton brand property as well as the development of a digital signage solution.

Provided Information Technology services to an opening Hotel and Art Gallery in downtown Richmond Virginia. Maintained an onsite property management system, point of sale system, & telecom systems as well as related systems and interfaces. Developed initial documentation and operating procedures as well as establishing a disaster and business continuity plan. Managed technical projects between vendors and a corporate team. Retained IT and PCI compliance throughout the scope of the networks. Provided solutions for technology challenges associated with the operations of Richmond’s first outdoor rooftop restaurant.
